This morning has proven to be productive for us. As posted yesterday, one hour after eBay had emailed all our Customers that disturbing email they reinstated our account to good standing.
This morning after speaking to the head at Paypal’s reinstatement department they have restored our account in good standing and apologize for what occurred.
We would like to have this apology in writing and offered to our customers. The action taken by Paypal hurt our company and our customers.
Many customers had made purchases using Paypal credit for the additional discount Paypal offered. Unfortunately, that discount was voided due to the actions taken.
The Manager handling our account is someone that Paypal should hang on to. He apologized on their behalf, reinstated our account without limits and according to him we can accept payment again without fear of any money being with held.
At this time, we like to thank Whateverebay for guiding us and offering support to us. As per their suggestion we have opened other accounts and will be offering additional discounts for returning customers.
We will be announcing later today, if Zava Interiors will consider selling on eBay again.
